As your Doctor of Physical Therapy, I will provide physical therapy diagnosis after a thorough evaluation of your medical history, full interview of current status, functional movement screen, and objective tests and measures. We will then combine manual and exercise therapies to improve your daily function and get you back to the activities that mean the most to you.
